This three-part toolkit has been created for all staff involved in, or responsible for, staff wellbeing in refugee and migration organisations. It will:

- Help you create a wellbeing policy

About
About the BeWell work
From 2022-2024, Refugee Action coordinated a wellbeing work focused on improving wellbeing across the migration sector.
In 2022 we produced a wellbeing discovery report and convened a sector wide steering group to ensure the recommendations were implemented.
The wellbeing toolkit was created and piloted, wellbeing providers were researched (see resource library) and stories were collected around organisational implementation of wellbeing.
