The Explore Adapt Renew programme (EAR) is changing the way UK society supports asylum seekers and refugees.
With funding from The National Lottery Community Fund, 7 leading charities from across the UK have come together in partnership so that refugees, asylum seekers and migrants have a stronger voice in the asylum system, have greater access to justice and are better supported to successfully rebuild their lives.
Over 3 years, the partners are working with 120+ charities, 60+ Experts by Experience (EBE) and 13,000+ asylum seekers and refugees to evidence new approaches.
EAR works across 4 focus areas to build:
- A sector made up of sustainable, adaptable, expert organisations
- A society committed to collaboration and prioritising lived experience.
- An asylum system where refugees, asylum seekers and migrants have access to justice and can successfully rebuild their lives
