Nurturing Ourselves, Strengthening Each Other: A 6-Month Journey to Collective Wellbeing and Joy
We’re thrilled to launch a new initiative as part of the Insight to Action collective support led by Makani Cambridge, designed to support your wellbeing, resilience, and joy. This six-month online journey is about making wellbeing both achievable and enjoyable, centering balance, collective care, and radical rest.
In a sector where care and compassion are at the heart of our work, prioritising our own wellbeing is not a luxury—it is essential. When we nurture ourselves, we strengthen our communities, deepen our impact, and sustain meaningful change.
"Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare." – Audre Lorde
