Who needs a regulated immigration adviser?
You are a caseworker working for a small migrant support organisation. Neither you your organisation are registered with the IAA. You run a small general advice clinic to triage problems and refer people to appropriate services.
Your are lucky enough to have a good relationship with with a local charity providing immigration advice. However, there capacity is limited, so you only want to refer people if you have to.
